Soul Dance – Body Ecology

To link in to the Permaculture week celebrations, the March Soul Dance will explore dancing our connectedness to both our inner and our outer ecologies. Maya will introduce the topic with some guided meditations on our bodily interbeing with all other life forms, as well as the story of humans as a complex cooperation between trillions of cells and other forms of microbial life. This will lead into an evocative set of music to bring these stories of connection into our lived experience. All welcome, no dance experience needed.
